Hume Performance knows the importance of having goods delivered as quickly as possible and we pride ourselves on having fast order turnaround and delivery times. When you place an order with us we will aim to have your order in the mail within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Postage information

Most parcels sent within Australia are delivered by Australia Post. Unless otherwise agreed to all parcels will need to be signed for upon delivery. We recommend that if you are not home during business hours that you get your parcel sent to you at work. If delivery is attempted but no-one is home then a card will be left asking you to collect your parcel at your local post office.  Australia Post also offer Extra Cover (formerly Insurance) at a cost of $1.15 per $100, or part thereof, in excess of $100 and up to $5000. Some items may be shipped via other carriers, in which case you will be notified by email after your order is shipped.

Postage costs are worked out according to weight and location, a quote of postage cost is given at the start of the checkout process.

Returns

Please choose carefully as products may not be returned unless they are faulty by manufacture or have been sent in error. If you have a product you wish to return you must email us for a Return Advice form and send the item back to us within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.
